SCHEDULE SL 08 - STREET LIGHTING RATE
SUN RIVER ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC.
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 15, 2008

TYPE OF SERVICE:

            Single phase, 60 cycle, normally non-metered service, supplied at available secondary voltage.

AVAILABILITY:

            Available to rural communities and villages for multiple street lighting systems in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

RATE:

1.      Non-metered lights
Minimum $10.89 per light per month

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

1.      Lighting shall be controlled by a photoelectric device at the option of the cooperative.

2.      All construction and installation costs to be borne by the cooperative and if deemed necessary, a minimum monthly charge will be established which will guarantee a fair rate of return on its investment.

3.      The cooperative shall bear the expense of operating and maintaining the street lighting circuits and renewing the lamps, within reason. If excessive costs are encountered due to vandalism or other causes beyond normal use, the cooperative at its option may establish a minimum monthly charge which will cover the excessive expense incurred by the cooperative.
