A $100.00 rebate will be paid by Sun River Electric Cooperative to a co-op member to encourage the purchase of an efficient electric water heater.
Rebate will be paid after the heater has been installed, this form completed and returned to the Cooperative with the purchase invoice attached. The invoice must include the place and date of purchase, brand name, and model number of the approved tank. The required efficiency rating must be .92 and have a capacity of 40 gallons or more.
Invoices over 90 days old are not eligible for rebate. Rebate subject to change without notice.
